Q: In modern life, some short-sleepers can’t sleep well. On the other hand, some long-sleepers can wake up well. To what extent do you agree or disagree?  Write at least 250 words.

On average, adults need to sleep between 6 and 8 hours. However, some short-sleepers can’t keep their health. On the contract, long-sleepers can deal with the task well even though they slept longer than 8 hours last night. This essay will explain the advantages of sleeping for a long time.

First, long-sleepers can handle time (or day) schedules well. For example, they tend to go to bed early. One reason is they have to work between midnight and morning. As a result, they have to shift the time for getting up in the early morning. On the other hand, the long-sleepers thought they would like to avoid a noisy place. Thus, they know how to please in a calm place. In addition, they can take enough time for checking their schedules such as appointments and meetings. For these reasons, long-sleepers can control their schedule well.

Second, long-sleepers can distinguish workdays and days off well. For instance, some short-sleepers think they should spend a lot of time working. Thus, they tend to spend most of their time at work. In contrast, long-sleepers can devote time to private sessions shorter than short-sleepers. As a result, they know how to pleasure themselves in a limited own time. In addition, long-sleepers know how to keep their motivations. For example, some long-sleepers take a nap. It’s the most important for them because they can refresh their energy for recess. Thus, they keep their morale and motivation for the long term.

In conclusion, long-sleepers can manage their time well. Instead of long sleeping time, they know how to enjoy their hobby or communication in their limited own time. Second, they can distinguish working time and off time well because they take a break in the long term.
