Q: Smartphone users often confuse cellphone companies’ complicated rate structures. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Write at least 250 words.

In modern society, smartphones have become essential items for daily life. For example, users can take a lot of information at once. Also, they can utilize such devices to communicate with friends or colleagues. But smartphone users should pay a fixed fee and some rates. I agree with preparing fixed simple rates by smartphone companies.

To begin with, smartphone companies can improve their rate structures. Infrastructures get their benefits. They can promote advanced technology and expand their network. For such reason, smartphone companies can provide highly qualified service to customers. As a result, smartphone users can benefit from their high-quality services. In addition, smartphone users can arrange various optional services at one bundled rate. For example, some users frequently watch a YouTube channel or Netflix can choose. They spend a lot of packets. Conversely, another user who primarily calls with friends or families can select their reasonable set plan. For such reason, customers can make fitting rates with them by arranging various plans.

On the other hand, some users may confuse smartphone’s complicated rates. For instance, some cancellations are unreasonable. Even though customers would like to quit their contracts with cellphone companies, they should pay expensive rates as commissions. For such reasons, it is hard for customers to understand detailed and complicated rate structures. Consequently, customers should pay any invisible fees.

In summary, I agree with setting simple rates by smartphone companies. Customers realized why they should pay such rates. They can organize their initial plan. Overall, smartphones make them essential tools.
