The table describes the number of received calls. The line graph shows the change in the number of calls accepted by three office workers. The pie chart indicates the percentage of the purposes of calls.

The data displayed in the table and graph reveal a gradual increase in the number of calls that Catherine and Racheal accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. In contrast, the number of calls accepted by Harold drastically increased between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. At a peak, Catherine and Racheal accepted five calls. Catherine has continued to receive five calls for one hour. During 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., the number of calls Harold and Racheal accepted drastically decreased to two calls.

Next, the middle of the table and the pie chart show the percentage of purposes on the business hour. Approximately 70 percent of calls for the business. However, it was a private call which is thirty percent of all calls.

Overall, the number of calls received by them drastically increased in the morning. Also, approximately 70 percent of all calls are for the business.
